DEMOND MARTIN

Co-Founder and CEO, WellWithAll

Investor, author, and philanthropist, Demond Martin is the Co-Founder and CEO of WellWithAll, an innovative health and wellness company that dedicates a significant portion of its profits to advancing health equity for Black, Brown, and underserved communities. In addition to his business endeavors, Demond is the author of his first book, Friends of the Good, set to be released in August.

Prior to becoming CEO of WellWithall, Demond was a senior partner at Adage Capital Management where he successfully invested in the consumer sector for 21 years. Demond joined Adage after graduating from Harvard Business School and holds an undergraduate degree in accounting from UNC Charlotte. Early in his career, he served as the assistant to President Clinton’s White House Chief of Staff, Erskine Bowles.

Demond and his wife Kia, through their family foundation, are deeply committed to erasing gaps created by racial and social injustice, focusing on education and healthcare. Demond has also served on numerous nonprofit boards as a trustee at the Berklee College of Music, the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, the Grammy Global Venture Board, and the Obama Foundation.
